Kuwait oil price
KUWAIT, Aug 28 (KUNA) -- The price of Kuwaiti oil went up by USD 1.6 to reach USD 42.01 per barrel Thursday in contrast to USD 40.41 pb Wednesday, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Friday.
In the global markets, the price for future contracts for the Brent mix went up by 69 cents to reach USD 48.25 pb while crude oil went up by USD 4.42 to reach USD 47.56 pb.
American crude went up by 65 cents to reach USD 43.21 pb after being at USD 42.56 pb in previous sessions. (end)
