Kuwaiti envoy meets new Tirana's governor

TIRANA, Aug 5 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Ambassador to Albania Najib Al-Bader discussed with new Tirana governor bilateral cooperation, on Wednesday.
In a press statement by the Kuwaiti Embassy, the envoy stressed Kuwait's commitment to help build Albania's infrastructure and developmental projects through aid given by Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development.
The meeting with Tirana's government laid out all humanitarian, social, educational and cultural projects that have been funded by Kuwait.
Al-Bader also discussed setting a cornerstone for a monument downtown Tirana to honor ties between Kuwait and Albania.
On his part, Tirana's governor expressed appreciation to all support given by Kuwait. (end) aah.nfm
