France expresses indignation over death of Palestinian child

PARIS, July 31 (KUNA) -- French authorities expressed indignation on Friday after the death of a Palestinian child overnight in a deliberate arson attack by extremist Jewish settlers.
The infant killed in the arson was only 18 months old. The Israeli settler attack took place in the town of Douma, near Nablus, where settlers rampaged out of control during the night.
"France condemns this objectionable act," a statement from the Foreign Ministry said.
"All light must be shed on this crime for which those guilty of it must be identified and brought to justice," Paris added. (End) jk.ajs
