Syrian regime launched more than 19,000 air raids in 1st half of '15 -- Observatory

AMMAN, July 2 (KUNA) -- The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said on Thursday that it has documented some 19,205 air strikes launched by the regime of Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad during the first half of this year, killing and wounding some 30,000 people, mostly civilians.
آ آ آ The observatory said in a statistical report published on its website that the air raids launched by the regime since the beginning of this year until the end of June, included all the Syrian governorates with the exception of the coastal province of Tartous.
آ آ آ It pointed out that the regime's helicopters dropped 10,423 explosive barrels resulting in the injury of about 18,000 people and the displacement of tens of thousands as well as a considerable material damage in several areas.(pick up previous) tk.tma.tg
