Kuwait Nat'l team for the Disabled heads to Netherlands for junior athletics tourney

KUWAIT, July 2 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's National team with for the Disabled heads Thursday to the Netherlands to participate in the World Junior Games for people with special needs, which will be launched in the Dutch city of Stadskanaal next Friday and lasts for five days.
The Kuwaiti team will be represented by 10 players, among them two females that will participate in the track and field wheelchair competition, head of Kuwaiti delegation Secretary General Assistant to Kuwait Sports Club for the Disabled Mansour Al-Sarheed told KUNA.
Al-Sarheed added that the players involved in the tournament are Dhari Nassar, Abdullah Al-Saif, Abdulrahman Al-Qallaf, Abdulaziz Al-Masood, Abdurrahman Al-Mutairi, Abdulmohsen Al-Otaibi, Faisal Al-Mutairi, Bader Sanhat, in addition to World Record holder of the 200-m competetion Ahmad Al-Mutairi.
The two female players are Saja Al-Azmi and Noura Al-Majedi. (end) fsa.mb
