His Highness the Crown Prince condemns Imam Al-Sadiq mosque attack

KUWAIT, June 26 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah strongly condemned the "criminal" attack against a mosque in downtown Kuwait city, affirming unity of the Kuwaiti people against this menace.
His Highness the Crown Prince said Kuwait government and people were standing behind His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah in the face of terrorism.
"Therefore, the criminal terrorists will be severely punished for their needs, and let the Kuwaiti people and our expatriate brothers rest assured that armed forces, police forces and national guards will ... protect the country and its domestic front," His Highness the Crown Prince said.
He reaffirmed that Kuwait has always called for confronting all forms of terrorism.
His Highness the Crown Prince extended deepest condolences for the families of the victims and wished speedy recovery for the wounded. (pickup previous) bs
