CAIRO, May 26 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Minister of Public Works and Labor, Minister of Electricity and Water Ahmad Al-Jassar arrived in Cairo on Tuesday to participate in the Arab Ministerial Council for Water, due in the Arab League on Wednesday.
A technical committee affiliated with the council has prepared the agenda of tomorrow's meeting.
Dr. Jamal Jaballah, director of Arab League environment, water resources and sustainable development department, said Tuesday the ministers would be discussing a resolution by the Arab summit regarding the water security.
The water security plan will be approved and will be referred to the Arab Development and Economic Summit, due in Tunisia, or next year's Arab Summit in Morocco, he said. (end)
