Kuwait oil price falls

KUWAIT, May 16 (KUNA) -- Price of the Kuwaiti oil dropped 37 cents to USD 61.21 per barrel on Friday, as compared to USD 61.58 pb the day before, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said on Saturday.
Oil crude prices have been negatively affected by "weak data" about major powers' economies, namely the German, growth of which came lower than forecasts in the year's Q1, in addition to retail sales' stability in the United States of America, in April, thus dampening upbeat predictions.
