RIYADH, May 5 (KUNA) -- Coalition supporting legitimacy in Yemen has all options on the table to retaliate against assaults by the Houthi militias against southern Saudi border areas, coalition spokesman said affirmed Tuesday.
Brigadier General Ahmad Asiri said leaders of the coalition would take all necessary measures to protect the southern borders of Saudi Arabia, to prevent the Houthi militias from repeating today's attack against Najran with Katyusha rockets.
"The situation now in Najran is safe and under control," he said in a statement cited by the official SPA news agency.
He said Apache helicopters have bombarded Houthi positions.
Asiri said terrain of the border area between Saudi Arabia and Yemen was rough. (pickup previous) od.bs
