Kuwait beats Kazma in KBA Cup

KUWAIT, May 4 (KUNA) -- Kazma SC lost hopes of qualifying for the final four of Kuwait Basketball Association's (KBA) Cup after losting to Kuwait SC 92-76 on Monday.
Kazma were leading 23-19 in the first quarter and 41-40 in the second quarter.
But Kuwait came from behind in the third to finish it 65-56 then ended the game in their favor.
Kuwait and Al-Nasr, who beat Yarmouk 72-45 earlier, will advance to the final four of the KBA Cup.
The KBA Cup has two groups, the first consists of Kuwait, Al-Arabi, Al-Nasr, Kazma, Shabab and Al-Yarmouk, while the second consists of Qadsia, Sulaibikhat, Al-Jahra and Al-Sahel.
Qadsia won the cup 24 times. Kuwati and Al-Arabi won it nine times each. Kazma and Al-Jahra has two each under their belt, while each of Al-Sahel Al-Nasr won it once. (end) ayr.bs
