Bahraini courts sentence 11 terror suspects to 15 years in prison

MANAMA, April 28 (KUNA) -- Two Bahraini criminal courts on Tuesday convicted 11 terror suspects and sentence them to 15 years in jail.
In a press statement, Head of the Terror Crimes Prosecution Ahmad Al-Hamadi said that a criminal court sentenced three defendants to 15 year in jail and stroke off their citizenship after it found them guilty of joining a terror group and plotting bombing attacks in the country.
Another court sentenced eight others defendants for the same imprisonment period after being convicted in charges of attempted murder of a number of policemen. (end) mga.ibi
