Presidency Council Chairman of Bosnia, Herzegovina condemns attack on police station

SRAJEVO, April 28 (KUNA) -- Chairman of the Presidency Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mladen Ivanicn on Tuesday condemned the attack on a police station in Bosnian Serb Republic last night, stressing the government's determination on beating with an iron fist on the terror nests.
In a statement, Ivanicn said that the Presidency Council will hold a special session to discuss the attack on the police station in the Bosnian town of Zvornik, eastern Bosnia and Herzegovina that killed one police officer, describing it as "terrorist" and might be a beginning of a series of terrorist attacks against the country.
Ivanicn accused extremists for being behind the incident which was carried out by a young Muslim man where he opened fire toward the police station, causing the death of a policeman and injuring others as well as killing the gunman by the police. (end) aa.ss
