KUWAIT, April 27 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah received visiting new Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Iraq Jan Kubis here on Monday.
