Iran, P5+1 talks continue but with caution -- diplomatic source

VIENNA, April 24 (KUNA) -- The technical talks between Iran and the P5+1 group on Tehran's nuclear file continued Friday but it is proceeding with caution according to a diplomatic source.
The source, preferring anonymity, told KUNA the talks focused on reaching common terms before the final comprehensive deal on the nuclear file which has a deadline on July 1.
The two parties are concentrating on the way sanctions on Iran should be lifted, but there is not agreement yet on the subject, said the source.
Iranian representative at the talks Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs Abbas Araqchi said that talks are progressing slowly.
Western powers are seeking through these talks to ensure that Tehran would not retain capacities to develop nuclear bombs. (end) amg.gta
