Kuwaiti horse rider Ali Al-Kharafi snatched first place and a gold medal at the Doha Tour Jumping Championship
DOHA, April 19 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti horse rider Ali Al-Kharafi on Sunday snatched first place and a gold medal at the Doha Tour Jumping Championship that was held on Friday and Saturday with the participation of Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and France.
Al-Kharafi was able to snatch the gold medal following strong competition with the Qatari Hamad Al-Tuwaim, followed by Kuwaiti Abdulaziz Al-Ajeel in third place.
Al-Kharafi expressed to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) his delight with this win, which is the end of his participation in the Arab Championships as he will be heading to Europe to participate in a summer camp.(end)
