KUWAIT, April 15 (KUNA) -- Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah headed Thursday to the ancient Algerian city of Constantine to partake in the Capital of Arab Culture of 2015 festival to be held in the said city.
Before his departure, Sheikh Salman told KUNA that he was keen on partaking in the festival to showcase Kuwait's support towards Algeria.
He affirmed that Kuwait and Algeria were willing to further bolster relation within the cultural and media domains, noting that his participation at the festival was part of such ongoing efforts.
The festival, to be held on April 16th, will include several cultural activities, showcasing Constantine Arab and Islamic heritage. (end) mdm.gta
