Turkey, Pakistan say to retaliate against Saudi territory breach

ANKARA, April 11 (KUNA) -- Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said Saturday their countries would retaliate fiercely against any violation of territories of Saudi Arabia.
Erdogan and Sharif said they would retaliate against any breach of the Saudi territories, as they discussed in a phone call a host of regional issues including the conflict in Yemen, Anadolu news agency quoted sources in the presidency as saying.
They also discussed a host of bilateral issues, they added.
Sharif visited Ankara last week and held talks with Erodgan and Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu on the Yemeni crisis.
A coalition of 10 countries led by Saudi Arabia has been carrying out airstrikes against the Houthi militias since March 26 with the aim of protecting the Yemeni people and restorting legitimacy to the country.
Operation Decisive Storm was launched at the behest of Yemeni President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi. (end) rs.bs
