Saudi Defense Min. discusses Yemeni campaign with Qatari, UAE, Egyptian officials

JEDDAH, March 27 (KUNA) -- Saudi Minister of Defense, Chief of the Royal Court and Special Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz has held talks with Qatari, UAE and Egyptian military and security officials.
The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported Friday that the Prince Mohammad discussed with Qatar's Minister of State for Defense Affairs Major General Hamad bin Ali Al-Atiya the Qatari role in the Saudi-led "Decisive Storm" military campaign on Yemen.
He also mulled with the Deputy National Security Advisor of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan the military operations to be carried out by the UAE forces within the campaign.
The Saudi Defense Minister discussed with Egypt's Chief of Intelligence Khalid Fawzi the latest developments in the region. (end) nh.ibi
