KHARTOUM, March 26 (KUNA) -- The Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA) announced Thursday the full acquisition of the Sudanese Kuwaiti Hotels Company.
In a press statement, it said that it purchased the 51 percent-stake of the Sudanese co-owner to add to its 49 percent.
The signing agreement was held at Sudan's Finance ministry and company was fully transferred to KIA. (end)
