NEW YORK, Jan 30 (KUNA) -- UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon condemned the "terrorist" attacks in North Sinai, Egypt, which killed dozens of people, including civilians, and injured scores of others.
Ban conveyed his condolences to the families of the victims and expressed his solidarity with the people of Egypt, his spokesperson Stephane Dujarric said at the daily press briefing.
One of the largest terrorist bombings in years witnessed in Egypt, carried out by the Islamic State (ISIL) group's wing in Egypt, on more than a half-dozen security facilities claimed the lives of at least 30 people and wounded around 50 others. (end) mao.bs
