Suspect linked to terrorists in Paris attack extradited from Bulgaria

PARIS, Jan 29 (KUNA)-A Haitian-born suspect, believed to have links with at least two of the terrorists who killed 17 people three weeks ago in Paris, has been extradited to France from Bulgaria, French media reported Thursday.
The man, Fritz-Joly Joachin, was arrested at the beginning of the year while trying to cross into Turkey from Bulgaria on suspicion he was trying to get to Syria.
"France 24" television reported that he had now arrived in France and was being questioned Thursday my anti-terrorist judges for his links with Sharif and Said Kouachi, who shot dead 12 people at the Charlie Hebdo satirical magazine on January 7. Both men were killed by elite police after a two-day manhunt that ended in northeast France.
Joachin was detained at the Bulgarian-Turkish border after his wife also lodged a complaint for kidnapping of their three-year-old son. (End) jk.ajs
