"Bon Appetit Exhibition" on healthy food kicks off

KUWAIT, Jan 28 (KUNA) -- Under the auspices of Minister of Health Dr. Ali Saad Al-Obaidi, the Scientific Center, affiliated with Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences, inaugurated the "Bon Appetit Exhibition" on healthy food.
In a statement to KUNA on Wednesday, the center's Board Chairman and Managing Director Mijbil Al-Mutawa said that the exhibition is the tenth mobile one held at the center's Exploration Hall.
The number of visitors of different mobile exhibitions exceeded 500,000 since 2009, he said, noting the exhibition contains about 28 interactive devices that target all students and segments in the society.
The exhibition includes interesting and enjoyable topics on healthy food that are presented to visitors in a simple scientific way, he said, adding the exhibition also has five departments on foods. (end) mf.hm
