MOSCOW, Jan 26 (KUNA) -- Syrian opposition figures started consultations here on Monday in the framework of a scheduled consultative meeting at the headquarters of Ministry of Foreign Affairs to find solutions to the current crisis in Syria.
A number of Syrian opposition dignitaries are participating in the consultations; including Qadri Jamil, head of Popular Front of Change and Liberation and Saleh Mussallam, head of Kurdish movement.
A delegation of the Syrian government, headed by permanent delegate to the United Nations Bashar Al-Jaafari, is set to join the three-day meeting on Wednesday.
The Russian authorities had affirmed that they wouldn't take part and interfere in the three-day meeting between the Syrian government and opposition. (end) as.hm
