Kuwait Towers decorated with Image of late King Abdullah as condolence of leadership, government, and people of Kuwait

KUWAIT, Jan 24 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's major landmark the Kuwait Towers are seen adorned by a special light projection depicting images in honour of the late King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud of Saudi Arabia by night.
A portrait of the influential ruler lights up the medium-sized tower - which carries one globe - illuminating the waters of the Arabian Gulf, which both neighbouring nations share, and emphasising the close ties between the two brotherly peoples.
The colour green, symbolizing the Saudi flag, lights up the main globe in the tallest of the three towers. (end)
