KUWAIT, Jan 12 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at Seif Palace Monday governor of the Iraqi city of Najaf Adnan Al-Zurfi.
