National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim in ameeting with Pakistani counterpart Sardar Ayaz Sadiq
KUWAIT, Dec 15 (KUNA) -- National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim and his visiting Pakistani counterpart Sardar Ayaz Sadiq discussed bilateral ties and means of cooperation between the two parliaments.
The meeting, which was held at Al-Ghanim's office on Monday, also tackled the latest regional developments in regards to terrorism.
The meeting was attended by National Assembly Secretary General Adel Al-Kharafi and heads of different parliamentary committees.
The Pakistani Speaker is to attend part of a parliamentary session tomorrow. He will also meet with First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Mohammad Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Minister of Social Affairs and Labor and Minister of State for Planning and Development Hind Al-Sabeeh and Minister of Finance Anas Al-Saleh.
