KUWAIT, Oct 20 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Monday a cable of congratulations from South African President Jacob Zuma for naming His Highness the Amir a "Humanitarian Leader" and Kuwait a "Humanitarian Center" by the United Nations on September 9 in New York.
In his cable, Zuma commended the great philanthropic efforts exerted by His Highness the Amir locally and internationally.
