RIYADH, Oct 11 (KUNA) -- The Saudi health Ministry said Saturday a citizen has been infected with the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) coronavirus in the city of Najran over the past 24 hours, however a national in Ta'ef was recovering from the virus.
The new case brings the number of people infected with the coronavirus since September 2012 to 760, of them 324 passed away.
The ministry has urged people inside Saudi Arabia to take precautionary measures vis-a-vis infectious diseases. (end)
