Egyptian military plane crashes, killing six personnel

CAIRO, Sept 21 (KUNA) -- An Egyptian military aircraft crashed in Fayoum governorate, south of Cairo, killing six personnel and injuring another, the army announced on Sunday.
The accident was due to a sudden technical error in the military transport plane during a training exercise, the Army Spokesman Brigadier General Mohamed Samir said on his official Facebook account.
Defense Minister and army commander-in-chief Sedki Sobhi has ordered the formation of a panel to investigate the incident. (end) asm.ibi
