Al-Kandari had earlier addressed the concluding session of the ministerial meeting, urging collaboration of efforts "in all fields of national work" at the GCC level at the behest of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and other GCC leaders.
