KUNA's Chairman appreciates Info. Minister's efforts in supporting nat'l agency

KUWAIT, Sept 15 (KUNA) -- Board Chairman and Director General of Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) Sheikh Mubarak Al-Duaij Al-Sabah expressed his appreciation to ongoing efforts made by Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah in supporting and encouraging the development of Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) to perform its tasks efficiently.
Al-Sabah made this remark late Sunday following the meeting of the newly-appointed KUNA's board with Sheikh Salman.
The minister stressed, in the meeting, that all media outlets in the country should collaborate to support the country's development.
KUNA's new board members praised Sheikh Salman for his undying attention to all branches of media, pointing out that KUNA will always strive to present news with objectivity and transparency. (pickup previous) mdm.tb.nfm
