BAGHDAD, Sept 13 (KUNA) -- Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi announced on Saturday that he has given orders to the Iraqi army to stop all air raids on populated cities which have fallen under the control of the ISIL group, as a move to protect the innocent people from falling victims to this ongoing fighting.
