KUWAIT, Sept 8 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti swimmer Ahmad Al-Bader snatched the gold medal of men's 200 Breaststroke competition ending the distance in 2:16.30 minutes, in the 2nd Arab Open Swimming Championship in morocco.
Kuwaiti swimmers Saud Al-Tayyar, Ahmad Al-Edan, Abdullah Al-Bader and Mohammed Madouh snatched the bronze medals in the men Open 400 LC Meter Freestyle Relay ending in 3:31.58 minutes, head of the delegation and deputy chairman of the Kuwait Swimming Federation Hamid Al-Ghareeb told KUNA in a phone call.
Commenting on the results, Al-Ghareeb added that the Kuwaiti team raised to five the total number of medals won in the tourney, expressing his pride in the excellent results achieved by the Kuwaiti swimmers in the competition. (end) fsa.tb.ss
