Cmte agrees on draft resolution to Arab League reform -- Diplomat

CAIRO, Sept 1 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Permanent Representative in the Arab League Ambassador Aziz Rahim Al-Daihani announced Monday that the Arab subcommittee on League's reform and development has prepared a report and a draft resolution on the issue. Al-Daihani, who chaired the committee meeting, told KUNA that the report and draft resolution would be submitted to the Arab foreign ministers in the 142th meeting, planed next Sunday.
Works and activities of the four reform and development teams, formed following Doha Summit in 2013, were reviewed during the fifth meeting of the Arab committee on League's reformation and development, held today in the Egyptian capital, Al-Daihani.
There is a great understanding among state members towards the reform objective, Al-Daihani said. (end) mab.mfm.ma
