KSE ends trade in red territory

KUWAIT, July 7 (KUNA) -- Trading came to an end for Monday with all main indices at Kuwait Stock Exchange in red territory. The weighted index came to 471.55 points on a down of 2.42 points, the price index to 6,966.89 points shedding 13.95 points, and the KSX 15 to 1,149.83 points on a loss of 8.67 points.
The session saw 1,980 deals sealed for KD 8.54 million, with 78.648 million shares changing hands.
The sector indices board was also all red but for the technology index which was the lone gainer among 14 indices. There was no change in four indices, while the rest were all red by closing.
Top share for the day was (SALBOOKH 65), biggest loss suffered by (SGC), and the five most traded stocks were (ALMADINA), (GFH), (DANAH), (BAYANINV), and (IFA).(end) wsa
