RIYADH, May 9 (KUNA) -- Seven people who were infected with the coronavirus have died, while the number of confirmed new cases over the past 24 hours reached 10, the Health Ministry said on Friday.
The ministry said in a statement on its website that the seven new fatalities were three men in Jeddah, two women and one man in Riyadh, one man in Al-Taef city.
The ministry said that the 10 new cases were four people in stable conditions, one in the intensive care unit, and five others who do not have symptoms.
According to the statement, the number of recorded coronavirus cases reached 473 since 2012, among them 133 dead. (end) od.mb
