Israeli forces storm Al-Aqsa courtyard

GAZA, April 20 (KUNA) -- Israeli forces stormed into the courtyard of Al-Aqsa Mosque on Sunday and fired tear gas towards the mosque's worshippers in Jerusalem.
"The Israeli forces desecrated all the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque and reached nearby the Dome of the Rock," Voice of Palestine radio said.
The worshipers tried to prevent the Israeli forces and dozens of settlers from entering the mosque courtyards through the "Magharba" gateway where continuing clashes broke out, the radio added.
Meanwhile, the radical rabbi and Knesset MP Moshi Viglen from the Likud Party announced his plan to burst into Al-Aqsa Mosque on Sunday, with his supports.
The extremist rabbi wrote on his facebook account that he has decided to burst into the mosque once every month since he did three weeks ago.
Israeli police have enforced extraordinary measures around the mosque, placing fences and iron barricades. (end) tm.ss
