Moscow urges Tripoli to help in release of kidnapped diplomats

MOSCOW, April 18 (KUNA) -- Russdia has called on the Libyan authorities to facilitate the release of foreign diplomats kidnapped recently in Tripoli.
Regretting unstable security conditions in Libya, the Russian Foreign Minister said in a statement the Libyan government should do its best to find the diplomats as soon as possible.
It also urged Libyan authorities to punish those responsible for the kidnapping and take measures to defend diplomatic missions in Libya, the statement said. (end) as.mt
