Head of Asia Department at the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry Ambassador Mohammad Ahmad Al-Roumi with Director of the Middle East and Africa Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Tsukasa Uemura
TOKYO, April 16 (KUNA) -- The consultative meeting of the Kuwaiti and Japanese foreign ministries concluded here on Wednesday.
Head of Asia Department at the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry Ambassador Mohammad Ahmad Al-Roumi chaired the meeting in presence of Kuwaiti Ambassador to Japan Abdulrahman Al-Otaibi and members of Kuwait's participating delegation, the Kuwaiti embassy said in a release.
Director of the Middle East and Africa Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Tsukasa Uemura led the Japanese side during the meeting.
Both sides discussed bilateral relations and cooperative agreements in various fields, the current situations in Arab world and Far East, and issues of common interest.
The meeting was held in preparation for a meeting of the Joint Ministerial Committee. (end)
