KUWAIT, April 16 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Wednesday sent a cable of congratulations to Amiri Diwan Advisor Dr. Abdullah Al-Matouq on his recent honoring by the UN.
Al-Matouq, Board Chairman of Kuwaiti International Islamic Charitable Organization (IICO) and the UN Secretary General's Humanitarian Envoy for Kuwait, was granted a gold pin by the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR). The honoring was recognition of his considerable contributions to humanitarian work across the globe.
