KUWAIT, March 25 (KUNA) -- Foreign Undersecretary Khaled Al-Jarallah categorically denied press reports claiming he announced that the two-day 25th Arab summit, which began earlier Tuesday, would conclude tonight.
"I categorically deny reports in the press and social media attributed to me that the 25th Arab summit in Kuwait will conclude tonight," Al-Jarallah asserted in a statement to KUNA.
This statement "is not true," said Al-Jarallah and affirmed that the program of the summit was not changed.
The Arab leaders would hold a closed-door session tomorrow morning to approve the draft resolutions. Then a public session will be held to announce Kuwait Declaration.
First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah will then give a joint news conference with Arab League Secretary General Nabil Al-Araby. (pickup previous) jy.bs KUNA 251336 Mar 14NNNN
