Undersecretary of the Ministry of State for Youth Affairs Sheikha Al-Zain Sabah Al-Nasser Al-Sabah
KUWAIT, March 12 (KUNA) -- Undersecretary of the Ministry of State for
Youth Affairs Sheikha Al-Zain Sabah Al-Nasser Al-Sabah said Wednesday evening
the youth forum themed "priorities of health," will discuss the implementation
of the recommendations of the national youth document.
"The forum, due to open on Monday, will be followed by a chain of
activities that aim to gauge the progress of the implementation of the
document by several state departments," she said in a press conference here.
The document was adopted by the national youth conference titled "Kuwait
hears" that was held last year under the kind patronage of His Highness the
Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Sheikha Al-Zain noted.
"The Ministry of State for Youth Affairs is networking with the various
state departments to maximize benefit from the document in promoting the youth
society," she affirmed.
Sheikha Al-Zain called on the youth to take part in the activities of the
forum and contribute to the implementation of the document.
Meanwhile, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health Khaled Al-Sahlawi said
his ministry discharges its obligations in offering services to citizens in
the areas of prevention, treatment and health education around the clock.
The Ministry is keen on implementing the recommendations of the national
youth conference in order to meet the aspirations of the youth as much as
possible, he added. (end)
