DUBAI, Nov 11 (KUNA) -- UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al-Nahayan on Monday welcomed a group of 25 Kuwaiti youngsters currently on a media exchange visit to the country.
The youth media leadership workshop, held in between November 9 and 16, has been organised by the United Arab Emirates' General Authority of Youth and Sports Welfare in unison with the Emirates Foundation for Youth Development.
On the occasion of the Kuwaiti side's visit to the UAE Foreign Ministry main office, he said friendly visits between both nations provide a huge catalyst resulting in bridging viewpoints and exchanging expertise. They also create a climate of familiarity and harmony to the benefit of both.
The minister expressed hope these youth visits would continue, and that their aims of divergence between the youth of the two neighbouring countries would be achieved.
In addition to their visit of the ministry, the youngsters paid visits to the Abu Dhabi Media Centre and the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.
Separately, Chairman and Director General of Kuwait's Public Authority for Youth and Sports Faisal Al-Jazzaf has arrived here to observe the success of the training course. (end) ha.sd KUNA 112141 Nov 13NNNN
