KUWAIT, May 5 (KUNA) -- Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah met with the UN Secretary General's Special Envoy to Iraq Martin Kobler at Bayan Palace on Sunday on the occasion of his visit to the country.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed latest updates concerning the activities of the UN Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI), latest developments on the relations status between Kuwait and Iraq, and issues of joint interests.
The meeting was attended by the Advisor at the Amiri Diwan Mohammad Abdullah Abu Al-Hassan, Director of Follow-up and Coordination, Ambassador Khalid Mohammad Al-Maghames, and Kuwait's Ambassador to Iraq Ali Al-Momen. (end) ma KUNA 051519 May 13NNNN
