GAZA, Nov 17 (KUNA) -- The Israeli Air Force launched new air strikes on
Palestinian homes in several parts of Gaza Strip Saturday evening, wounding 12
civilians, some seriously.
One of the air raids targeted a funeral at a home in Al-Zaytoun district,
southeast Gaza City; seven mourners, including a pregnant woman, were injured
and were rushed to Al-Shifaa Hospital downtown the city.
The raid, launched by F-16 fighter plane, destroyed totally destroyed the
house and nearby buildings, according to local radio stations.
Five others were injured as warplanes pounded a sporting club and a house
in Beit Hanoun town, northeast Gaza Strip.
The attacks also resulted in an extensive material damage. (pickup previous)
