LONDON, Aug 27 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad
Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Monday sent a cable of congratulations to the family of
Kuwaiti citizen Issam Nasser Al-Houti on the occasion of his release in
Lebanon.
Sheikh Sabah expressed his gratitude for success of efforts that were made
to release Al-Houti, sharing good feelings with the family for this occasion
and wishing everyone lasting wellness and good health.
In the same context, His Highness the Deputy Amir and Crown Prince Sheikh
Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh
Jaber Al-Mubarak AL-Hamad Al-Sabah sent similar cables to the family of Issam
