Explosions in Fallujah lead to death and injuries

BAGHDAD, July 29 (KUNA) -- Up to two citizens died and 11 wounded, most of them policemen, in two explosions early on Sunday in Fallujah in the governorate of Al-Anbar west of the Iraqi capital.
A police source told KUNA a booby-trapped car that was parked on a main street in Al-Shohada'a neighborhood blew up, resulting in injury of five people, who were immediately taken to hospital.
Another explosion that occurred in eastern Fallujah targeted a police chief. It led to death of two bodyguards of the chief and injury of six others.
